We are a leading Case IH Agricultural dealer, specialising in both new and second-hand agricultural machinery with a large dealership network across multiple locations in Western Australia. Due to recent changes and continued growth within our business, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as an Agricultural Service Technician/HD Service Mechanic to fill positions at multiple dealerships. This role will primarily involve working with the following renowned brands:
Combine harvesters Case IH, MacDon and Midwest fronts
Tractors Case IH 4WD Steigers, Magnums, Optum
Seeding bars Ausplow, Flexicoil, Horward Bagshaw and Simplicity
Sprayers Case IH Patriot SP Sprayers
Other equipment Honda, Stihl,
Precision equipment Raven, Topcon

What Youโll Do
- Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment with accuracy and expertise.
- Service and maintain machinery to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
- Utilise your technical abilities and time management skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Identify issues accurately to ensure equipment function at its best.
- Complete all necessary reports, repair documentation, and job cards with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proudly represent RedMac and leading brands in every interaction.
- Adhere to company policies and exhibit behaviours that align with our core values.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture within the workshop.
Remuneration
