RedMac Ag Services is looking for driven sales professionals to join our team at our Moora and Three Springs dealerships. As a long-established Case IH dealer serving the Midlands and North Midlands, we offer farmers throughout the region top-quality agricultural machinery and equipment — including tractors, harvesters, application equipment and precision ag technology from brands like Case IH, MacDon, Ausplow, K-Line and more.
About the role
You’ll be the face of RedMac for local farmers, helping them find the right equipment and technology solutions for their operation. This is a relationship-driven role in a close-knit rural community, working alongside our sales, parts and service teams to deliver the support our customers have relied on for decades.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agribusinesses across the Midwest region
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right machinery and precision ag solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery and after-sales follow-up
- Stay across new Case IH product releases and industry innovations
- Work closely with parts and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Help grow RedMac’s presence and reputation throughout the Midlands and North Midlands
What we’re looking for
- A genuine interest in agriculture and farm machinery — background in ag sales, farming, or a related field highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Comfortable working in a regional/rural setting
