The AusCut AeraMax has been designed as a truly multi-purpose tool with a variety of available configurations. Farmers and graziers have found it useful for soil aeration, residue management, pasture rejuvenation and more.
Built tough for Australian conditions, the AeraMax features interchangeable aerator, coulter and roller gangs mounted on a unique rubber suspension system for improved shock absorption and reduced wear and tear. Depending on your operational requirements, this versatile system allows aerators, coulters and knife rollers to be changed out in all the tool bar locations.
The aerators and coulters are set on 1.6m gangs, where each gang is angle adjustable up to 10 degrees, giving you control to vary the rate of soil disturbance. When running at 0 degrees of adjustment, you can get a minimal to zero soil disturbance from the aerators, whereas at 10 degrees, you get larger amounts of tilth.
A removable finishing roller fitted with hard boron steel blades helps leave a level finish while knocking down dead rank material in pastures to allow sunlight in and improve residue breakdown.
The AeraMax is not just an aerator; it is truly a multi-purpose soil management solution that loosens compacted soil as well as manages crop residue, rejuvenates pastures and improves moisture retention.
