We thought we would take the time to follow up with one of our newest team members in Three Springs, Chris Mulder and get his thoughts on working at RedMac, the products and the general direction of the business.
What are you enjoying the most about your new role at Redmac?
It’s great to be aligned with RedMac, where the company values and prioritises customer satisfaction. RedMac has a fantastic team with a rich history in the company and the Case IH brand, so it’s great to be working alongside such a great team of knowledgeable people, all with the same aligned goals and who have a deep understanding of the products and most importantly farmer’s needs. I have enjoyed reconnecting with past customers and meeting new customers in the area, and fostering strong relationships where the customers know they are valued. Having worked in service-based roles for most of my career, I’m enjoying branching out into sales whilst still being able to do what I love the most, which is continuing to provide product support to customers and to help enhance the team at RedMac as the AFS Product Specialist. I have enjoyed promoting the Case IH products and look forward to promoting more of our Case IH lineup and our other leading brands in the area and highlighting their remarkable capabilities. It feels great to be part of the RedMac team and to return to CNH after spending the first 16 years of my career in agriculture devoted to their products.
I am eager to contribute to the company’s growth and success. The opportunity to work with a team that shares a passion for innovation and quality is incredibly motivating. I am particularly excited about participating in product demonstrations and community events that showcase the advancements and reliability of Case IH machinery. It’s a chance to engage directly with farmers, understand their evolving needs, and provide solutions that make a real difference in their daily operations. Being a part of RedMac feels like coming home, and I look forward to building on this strong foundation to drive future success.
What has impressed you most about the Case IH lineup?
Case IH has invested significantly in their brand, and it’s evident how far the machines have evolved in the last 14 years, offering competitive options that excel in performance. The quality of these machines is exceptional, with a strong emphasis on comfort and usability, ensuring that customers have a superior experience. Having worked with many great brands in the past, Case IH’s attention to detail is second to none. Just sitting in a Case IH machine instantly conveys that you’re dealing with a top-tier product. From the second it arrives at the dealership and while the team are undertaking pre deliveries, I have noticed a vast difference in the quality of Case IH and how much they have evolved in a small space of time. Case IH have meticulously addressed every detail, from comfort to serviceability, enhancing the day-to-day experience for farmers in the field.
What service are you providing to customers?
My role as Sales/Product Specialist for the Three Springs dealership aims to provide farmers with a deeper understanding of the products that best fit their farming operations before making a purchase. By delivering comprehensive knowledge of these products and offering well-rounded technical support in a hybrid role, we can enhance the sales experience for customers and add value to their farming operations.
This initiative reflects Brett Young’s vision for RedMac, and I believe it will significantly improve customer satisfaction from the initial inquiry, through delivery day, and beyond.
I take great pride in the service I offer to customers. With three decades of experience, I understand the impact of machine breakdowns and the ripple effects on operations. Timely repairs are essential, and alongside the dedicated team at Redmac, we will work together to provide farmers with the outstanding service they deserve.
