About the Role

Join the talented team at RedMac Three Springs as a Service Manager in this exciting full-time position located in Three Springs, Western Australia. You’ll play a crucial role in leading the service operations of the business, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and repairs for our valued agricultural clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the daily operations of the service department, including workflow management, staff supervision, and performance evaluation
  • Offering technical expertise and guidance to the service team, ensuring all repairs and maintenance meet the highest standards and are completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to enhance workshop productivity
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and timely communication
  • Preparing service reports and analysing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who have a genuine passion for agricultural equipment and appreciate the charm of country living in small, close-knit communities.

  • Experience in a similar service management role within the agricultural or automotive equipment sector, or an individual with at least ten years of experience as an agricultural technician who is eager to advance their career.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery and equipment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Familiarity with relevant equipment and software systems
  • Knowledge of parts inventory management and cost control
  • A strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in automotive or agricultural mechanics
