About us
RedMac Ag Services is a Case IH dealer supporting farmers across the WA Wheatbelt and Midwest, with branches including Moora and Three Springs. We sell, service and support tractors, headers, sprayers and seeding equipment, and our parts team is what keeps local growers moving when it matters most — especially through seeding and harvest.
About the role
We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to join our Moora parts team. You’ll keep the warehouse running smoothly: receiving and checking stock, picking and packing orders for customers and our workshop, dispatching freight, and keeping every part where it should be. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety, and a great opportunity to learn the parts trade with a well-established local business.
Key responsibilities
Receiving and stock control
Receive incoming deliveries, check against packing slips and purchase orders, and report shortages or damage
Book stock into the dealer management system and put it away to the correct bin location
Carry out regular cycle counts and assist with annual stocktake
Keep bin locations, labelling and shelving accurate and tidy
Picking, packing and dispatch
Pick and pack parts for over-the-counter, phone and workshop orders
Prepare and book freight for customers and other branches, including consignment notes and tracking
Process warranty and supplier returns in line with Case IH and supplier procedures
Load and unload trucks and utes, using a forklift where required
Customer and workshop support
Help on the parts counter during busy periods, identifying parts and answering customer enquiries
Supply parts to our service technicians and field service vehicles promptly
Make local deliveries to farms and customers when needed
Warehouse and safety
Keep the warehouse, yard and dispatch areas clean, organised and safe
Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling and forklift operation
Report hazards and incidents promptly
About you
Essential
Current WA driver’s licence
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Physically fit and able to lift, carry and work on your feet
Reliable, punctual and happy to work extra hours during peak seasons
Friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a small team
Desirable
Forklift licence (LF) — or willingness to obtain one
Previous warehouse, stores or parts experience, ideally in agricultural, automotive or machinery dealerships
Mechanical knowledge or a farming background
Experience with a dealer management or inventory system
What we offer
Stable, ongoing role with a respected local ag dealership
On-the-job training and opportunities to grow into a parts interpreter role
Supportive team environment and a strong connection to the Moora community
