At RedMac, every branch has a dedicated Product Specialist — and that’s no accident. It’s the vision of RedMac proprietor Brett Young: building a team of knowledgeable staff who can better support our customers, with a sales team that can set up the machinery and truly understand what each customer’s operation needs. Product Specialists with deep knowledge of both the equipment they sell and the operations they support — that’s how Brett sees the future of this business. Bringing in specialists who genuinely understand ag doesn’t just grow the business — it builds the support and knowledge base for the next generation coming through. And the stories behind our specialists tell you everything about how we do it.

Tim King — Moora is RedMac through and through. Tim started with us as an ag apprentice and earned every step from there — through the workshop, up to Service Manager, and now leading product specialisation and sales at our Moora dealership. Every stage of his career has happened under our roof, on the same machines our customers run every day. That journey has built him a fantastic reputation with the team, our customers and OEMs alike — when Tim talks about a machine, it’s because he’s spent years with his hands on it. Raised RED, from day one.

Chris Mulder — Three Springs brings deep roots and a broad view. With a career spanning over 35 years across three dealerships, Chris completed his boilermaker trade at a New Holland dealership in Victoria, working his way up from Technician to Workshop Manager over 15 years. He first landed at Three Springs as a technician back in the Cunninghams days, before spending 15 years in Geraldton as Service Manager and later Group Service Development Manager, overseeing five dealerships. Along the way he obtained his HD Repairer’s licence, mentoring apprentices as they came through the ranks, and built a fantastic reputation across the Midwest and with various OEMs throughout his career. Having seen how other brand’s in the paddock stack up, Chris knows exactly why he’s wearing RED — and now he’s back in the place he calls home, part of the RedMac family at Team RED. 🔴

Between them: 50+ years of hands-on experience. One who’s lived every job in this dealership. One who’s managed multiple dealerships, seen every brand and how everyone else does it — and chose here.

That’s the RedMac difference — salespeople with real industry experience, who understand your operation and the machines they put in your paddock. Not reps who learned the brochure, but specialists who learned the machines from the workshop floor up.

Whatever you’re running, whatever you’re planning — Tim and Chris are the blokes to talk to.
