Redmac Three Springs has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented administration professional to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is a varied role sitting at the heart of our dealership โ€” keeping payroll ticking, accounts in order and the office running smoothly.

The role:


โœ… End-to-end payroll processing
โœ… Accounts payable and receivable management
โœ… General office administration and record keeping
โœ… Customer and staff liaison โ€” front-line support for a busy dealership

You’ll bring:


โ†’ Experience in payroll, accounts or business administration
โ†’ OR a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin or similar
โ†’ High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
โ†’ The ability to work independently and keep things moving
โ†’ A positive attitude that fits a hard-working country team
