We are a well-established Case IH Agricultural Dealer in the Wheat Belt and the Midwest Region of Western Australia. Due to recent changes within the business, we are seeking a capable and motivated person to join our Moora dealership in a Parts Department role — open to an experienced Parts Manager, Parts Interpreter, or someone with the right mechanical or agricultural background keen to learn. With a focus on both new and second-hand agricultural machinery, they represent some of the world’s leading brands, including:
Combine harvesters Case IH, MacDon and Midwest fronts
Tractors Case IH 4WD Steigers, Magnums
Seeding bars Ausplow, Flexicoil, Horward Bagshaw and Simplicity
Sprayers Case IH Patriot SP Sprayers
Other ag equipment Honda, Stihl,
Precision equipment Raven, Topcon
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the workshop, field service teams, and retail customers with timely and accurate parts supply. You’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and processing parts requests, both from stock and external suppliers.
You will liaise directly with mechanics, farmers, and suppliers via phone, email, and over the counter, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency in the parts department. The parts range from genuine to aftermarket parts that may be stocked in-house or need to be sourced from a range of suppliers within WA, Australia or Internationally.

Your key duties will include:
Identifying Parts: using online or hard copy manuals, parts lists or in-house parts software
Sourcing Parts: from in-house stock or external suppliers locally, nationally, and internationally
Processing orders and coordinating delivery/logistics
Using in-house parts software to quote, invoice, and track orders
Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and stock levels
Assisting with stock control and regular stock takes
Picking and packing parts for internal use or customer dispatch
Providing excellent customer service across the counter, phone, and email
Collaborating with workshop, field service teams, and administration to ensure smooth workflow
Quoting: Creating comprehensive quotes to customers
About the Candidate
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for agricultural machinery. Ideal candidates will have:
Previous experience in the parts department, preferably in agriculture, heavy equipment, or automotive sectors
Familiarity with agricultural machinery is highly regarded
Solid computer skills and experience using parts or inventory software
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A willingness to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team environment
A valid WA driver’s licence
A trade background or farming experience will be well regarded. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate who shows a willingness to learn and grow within the business. The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress in the business.
